Introduction
Payment vendor and customer invoices has been a manual process. The Sales Intermediary Tool will provide an automated workflow approval process with the capability to track progress end to end. Starting with SI payment through payment processing. The tool will also provide real time feedback from SAP of vendor status and customer invoice payment status.
UX Impact
I designed high fidelity prototypes based on user requirements, using the HCUI kit to ensure compliance with the Honeywell DLS
Understand
An audit of our sales team showed that we were manually processing refunds and credits to our customers.
Design
This was a new program so I worked closely with the business and development teams to ensure the process was correct. The project had a 2 week turn around, so I used a newly created component set for Sketch that enabled me to move quickly to screen designs from wireframes.
Evaluate
Reviewed and modified the designs working with stakeholders and developers to provide an optimal user experience
